When you complete the AI displacement scan, we collect your job role, industry, years of experience, location region, and selected responses. If you request your report by email, join the free rewards program, request a discount, or invite a friend, we also collect your email address and, for invites, the email address you provide for your friend.
We do not collect your name, employer, exact location, salary, or any financial information.
If you join the free rewards program, we store your points balance, the actions that earned them (joining, sharing, inviting), and any guides you redeem or request a discount for. We use a browser cookie to recognise you as a member across visits — it contains only a random identifier, never your email or password.
Invite links contain a random code, not personal data. We track whether an invite was delivered and whether your friend completed their own scan, solely to award loyalty points correctly.
We use your responses to generate your personalised risk report, operate the rewards program, and deliver anything you request (a report, a redeemed guide, or a discount code). We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
We retain your data for up to 12 months, or for as long as your rewards account remains active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, email us at radar@onlyscrollclub.com and we will respond within 30 days.
